Is it normal to be afraid of people hearing you pee?

I'm always afraid of people listening to me pee.. even in my own house, I'll turn on tue fan in the bathroom coz I don't want anyone to hear me. I'll never go in public restrooms unless I absolutely have to and when I do, I wait till there's no one in there or until someone flushes or turns on the hand drier to actually pee. is this normal??

    Same here but it is simple, piss while flushing the toilet.

    I've never been embarrassed to be heard peeing, shitting yes.. but I"m so old that I don't give a fuck about that in a public restroom anymore either. Everybody pees, everybody shits, so I don't care.

    your have nothing to worry about 1 sit down and pee 2or aim for side of the bowl 3 piss in the garden 4 piss in a bottle with the label apple cider on it

    It happens the same to me in my house only when my sister´s boyfriend stays and I dont want him to listen to me peeing

    We all pee and make noise that everyone knows all too well. Why be scared, it's only something everyone does everyday.
