Is it normal to be afraid of sitting on the toilet?

Hi, I've had this fear for a long time. I'm not afraid of the toilet in general but I'm DEATHLY afraid of sitting on one. Idk what it is. I know nothing's gonna happen but for some reason my mind tells me terrible things. I start imagining the toilet grabbing me while sitting on it and then it'll flush me down.

A few days ago (No joke) I had a nightmare that I was surrounded by toilets forcing me to sit on a big master toilet. It scared the crap out of me! I am too embarrassed to tell anyone about this in real life. Is this normal? Please tell me I'm not alone :(

    I've heard of snakes coming up through the toilet pipes.

    I've never heard of someone fearing the toilet itself eating them. Normally people are worried about the toilet monster going to get them. It lives below toilets and comes up to grab people when they are most vulnerable.

    But yeah that's not normal. You definately try to figure out what caused your fear. And talk to someone.

    I used to be scared of automatic toilets. I thought they were evil and a part of me is still scared of them. It's normal to have a fear of something. Do you know what caused it?
