Is it normal to be afraid of swallowing air?
Every time swallow air i have to like stop and blow all out. I know it sounds weird, but i'm serious, i'm literally afraid of swallowing air. Is this normal?

you cant swallow air... if it gets in your mouth then its already in your lungs and when you blow it out... its already carbin dioxide. and that kids is nothing but the truth.
what do you mean swallow air? If you have swallowed it you cannot blow it out again, it has entered your digestive system.
Do you mean breath?
I mean like i'm afraid of swallowing air, so we i get air in my mouth i blow it out so that i can't swallow it. Sorry should of made that clear, but do you kinda get what i mean?
This is exactly what I was wondering. You can swallow air and burp it out, but you can't blow it out, and it's not something that frequently happens by accident.
