It's normal, and with a little winding you down into the grave, the guests throw a little dust on your coffin.
You are, and you're getting closer.
We are all dying and every breath we take is one breath closer, every beat of your heart is one beat used up that you can't get back.
Some get a lot of breaths, and beats, some may not get any or very few.
No reason to be afraid we're all in the same boat. Enjoy your next one it could be your last.
It's not normal to be so afraid.
We are all constantly dying. It starts from the moment the fetus becomes viable.
For most people it takes 55-85 years to die. Some sooner, some later.
But, we are all dying. Its a fact of life. So why be afraid.
Personally I've lived a great life so far. While I'd like to live a great life for several more decades... I have no complaints if today is my last day.
Sounds like some kind of anxiety disorder. I’d recommend going to a mental health professional
