I am afraid that someone is watching me at night. I have to shut everything and hide the window and fall asleep only when my eyes are adjusted. I hear sounds so it makes this problem worse -.-

    let's say you know for sure someone is watching you. would that change anything? it's like the end of the world, your much better off going to sleep at night thinking " if the world ended tomorrow, guess i'm screwed. ooh, look at the stars! snore..."

    Nobody is watching you, maybe a mosquito outside your window is looking to come bite you but besides that.. You're imagining things.
