I am against it sure some people have done bad things but they don't deserve to have their name and address and whatnot being leaked it's just unnecessary and it also brings drama and unwanted conflict. People may say otherwise but I just think doxxing somebody is just wrong in so many ways you can say otherwise but I'm the type of person who is against this.

I agree. Threatening someone's safety (as well as the potential safety of their family) is very rarely, if ever, a good response to them having said or done something wrong.
I've even known of cases in which the person held a controversial opinion, though not necessarily a bad or harmful one, and was doxxed over it, threatening both their job and their safety (and possibly that of their family as well).
I don't feel sorry for the people whose personal information was leaked when Ashley Madison was hacked. I can't really bring myself to care about people I have no respect for at all.
I agree anyone who partakes in doxxing should be doxxed too see how they like it
The only time it's okay to dig up someone's personal information is when it's within the parameters of the law- when said laws are fair.
It's not okay to put anyone else's personal information on a public platform unless they are a legitimate threat. E.g. knowing where pedophiles live in your neighborhood to keep your children safe.
On 4chan they all work together to find the identity of some random girls nudes and then blackmail her and eventually send them to her family. If I worked in the FBI id leak the doxers info to the victims family and let them have fun with it. If it happened to my sister or daughter and I found them I'd make sure the doxer was in fear everyday they woke up and wondering whats in store for them. Id do all kinds of shit to those ppl lol
