Is it normal to be comfortable only when frequently drinking and smoking?

I'm back to the Puritanism and crazier than ever, I only act on God's rules (and God will appreciate picking up butts at home and not from the ashtrays at the pubs :)), and God commanded many a Puritan "thou shalt drink for no longer than an hour", and it was done. And he said "thou shalt not smoke in public", and it was done. And I'm only comfortable with alcohol and cigarettes, and hence drinking Scotch or Canadian whiskey with cola and smoking a cigarette, or having a wine and a cigarette, as is in olden times, thus smoking in church is often prohibited. My favourite tobacco is JPS Eternal Red, and my favourite alcohol is Canadian Club whiskey. Thus I'll pour a glass of it, inside my house mind you, because of the freedom Puritanism allows, I'll just say "the church allows alcohol", is that normal?

Wow, what a Christian eh! A bit violent a name but it's not against my morals (I'd be careful so no one cuts my throat). Woohoo! Somebody said I was normal!

So you're going to listen to atheist music, the Cult of Dusty and wear T-shirts that mention atheism?

You don't sound normal at all: what's all that rubbish about puritanism and god's laws?

Smoking and drinking are normal for many people, but your attitude to these habits doesn't sound at all normal to me, in fact you sound obsessive.

I'm supposing I'm to only stay being a Puritan, and not let myself give up a belief, is it a tall order when you're asking for the same authority that gave you a good life? Awwwww, what a good Puritan (hug him), smoking indoors, he's a saint! This is how I would like it to be, but nobody is even using any care in what I believe is right, what I believe is doing good deeds, it will never work, but I have to stand up for what I believe is right, even for when I believe touching people is right, and yelling is right, people won't care but I have to stand up for believing that this is the right thing, they don't care, they don't listen, and will take this seriously and get themselves hurt, well, they take me too seriously, I'm not that serious, and I ought to be taken lightly, but I suppose being a Puritan, or any belief is starting the wars, going downhill, and there's no future for believers, no future for my heart which I listen to, but the evils of society, they don't want me to listen to my heart, well, my morals are in my heart, and my heart very much hates how evil you are. Not however Ellenna who isn't evil, but then I suppose you want normality to exclude God's laws and to include non-religious talk and thoughts with rules and not obsessive rules, I suppose you don't want alcoholism, as an alcoholist I take pride in drinking, a lot!
