Is it normal to be confuse on the date of your birthday?

Hi All! Have you ever experience doubting the date of your birthday? Recently, I experienced doubting the year of my birthday. Asking myself is it really the year of my birthday? Then I snapped out "Yes that's the date, why did I get confuse?"

FYI: I'm just 25 y/o

Recently, I noticed that I easily got confused by things. Like for example, the doctor asked me 6x3 and I answer 12.Then later the doctor told me it was 18 and I realized why did I say 12 it should be 18. And also, I'm not saying the words that I'm intending to say. For example, my cat name is Shadow and when I called him I say Yellow or Orange(Name of my other cat)

Have you experience these things? Is it normal to be confuse about these things or I'm just being self aware?

    I'm 47,and I've noticed that in the last few years, I'll try to say a word, but a different word comes out. I also forget the names of everyday objects.

    I'm slightly confuse now but the cats' names thing is normal. Being bad at math tables, too!
