I Hate It When People Write Like This It Is So Annoying But Like You Know Whatever Yo Recognise Man Peace Out Dude
It's probably a result of the media you watch and the city you grew up in. The decade is a minor influence. Either way, it will be hard to gain the respect of your peers if you never sound serious. This is just the opposite extreme of someone with a stick up their butt personality.
Alot of people like you actualydont have good sarcasm and usualy have a crappy style of sarcasm. Just saying.
I'm the same way. I'm also a 90's kid too but I'm not sure if that holds any relevance. I honestly have no idea what happened to cause this change but about 3 or so years ago I started becoming more and more sarcastic. About EVERYTHING. My view on life just changed and I have to say, I love it. Nothing seems worth getting upset over anymore and that, to me, is a great feeling. I look around daily and see SO many people depressed and stressed out over every little thing in their lives and wonder why they can't just take a step back and look at the bigger picture and realize that things really aren't so bad. Idk....I love to have a good time, I love joke, I love laugh, I love to enjoy things. I think people lose sight that we're here on this Earth to ENJOY this life. And the most enjoyment I have ever gotten outta life is laughter and hearing/seeing other people laugh and have a good time and GENUINELY enjoy their life at that moment. The late, great Oscar Wilde once said, "Life is too important to be taken seriously". Take a look at some of his writings. They were a big help to me.
I'd be kind of out off if you talked like Daria Morgandorfer. Just saying.
Sarcasm is an indirect way to ridicule others for their stupidity or make a witty response. Life without it would be boring.
Just don't overdo it or people will hate you for it (Like this guy --> http://goo.gl/yUfzP)
One reason this happens is because the content of your mind is very narrow. You don't read enough. And you cannot be well loved by others if you speak this way. It's offensive and monotonous. My advice would be the same as I often give to others: read all the works of William Shakespeare, and make every effort to be a bigger (and therefore better) human being. You know what you need to do.
I do this all the time for laughs and I think most people think I'm an asshole Hahahaha but it doesn't bother me as jokes are jokes but if no one is laughing better stop It cause it ain't funny
It is a quality that if applied correctly & appropriately one of the best forms of humer, with some of the best one liners. But on the other hand if used frequently it will use it's worth and wear on most people!
I've really had to keep a rein in on my sarcasm in adult life. My group of friends at school spoke pretty much only with sarcasm, i.e.
Friend 1: Are you going straight home after school?
Friend 2: No, I'm going to the fucking moon first.
Friend 2 could just as easily have been me as any one of us. While now I find good sarcasm still as hilarious as ever, I try not to use it quite as much as I did.
Sometimes being sarcastic is considered rude, but it also sometimes turns into a habit unintentionally. It sounds like you don't mean to come across as a sarcastic *bleep* but it just so happens that sarcasm is a part of your everyday life, and who you are. I think its normal for a lot of people to be this way. But I think you should try to stop being sarcastic, because it's not always right. People will never take you seriously. And I don't think it has anything to do with the 90's either.
