I had dizziness and very strange urine for a week post operation on my appendix, but by 3 weeks I was back into my regular routine, just not able to exercise.

Might be just a massive dose of general anesthetic, but ask your GP about it.

General anesthesia can have severe side effects, at the very least, you should call and ask the office of the operating surgeon.

The leg is infected. You have to cut it off and burn it before you become a full zombie. I'd get a second opinion though considering WE'RE NOT DOCTORS! :/

A lingering antibiotic resistant infection from your surgery, perhaps? Get it checked out with a doctor.
