Is it normal to be extremely afraid of bubbles?

Tiny bubbles, gigantic bubbles. I don't know what it is about them that causes my heart to pound louder and faster. I can't be in the same room as someone blowing a bubble. If a bubble comes near me, I run, and I will scream if it is a big bubble. I have typophobia, I don't know if that has anything to do with it... I just can't find a name for a phobia of bubbles, so I'm wondering if anyone else has it? And if it is normal?

I also have this bubble phobia, I don't know why and I simply can't control it. When I'm out on the streets, I always pay attention... If someone is blowing bubbles nearby, I need to take another path, I can't stand near the bubbles, I completely panic! =/

I would love to be your friend...people with phobias are way more interesting to hang out with. If your afraid of bubbles. Your just afraid of bubbles. I'm afraid of baby bugs,if that helps any... I must admit this made me laugh my freaking ass off. "If a bubble comes near me, I run, and I will scream if it is a big bubble."
    Are you male or female?

I thought twice about the bubbles in champagne when I found out they were condensation nuclei based around dirt.

Are you sure about that? It is my understanding that air bubbles created by gas emerging out of liquid does not need a particle to form a bubble, but they do usually form around existing pockets of air trapped in little grooves inside the glass. On the other hand, liquid condensing from gas does need nuclei like in a rain cloud, unless there is sufficient humidity (about 4x more than with nuclei) in which case it will condense without nuclei, like what you see when you open a can of soda.
