Is it normal to be really warm and people cuddle me?

My skin is really warm all the time and it gets to the point that people cuddle me, I don't know if they find this cute but they cuddle me as if I'm some sort of domestic pet. Whats even weird is that some people rest themselves onto me ( So apparently to them I'm some sort of a radiator. ).

I have to giggle a bit so I don't become awkward.

    Do they check if youre okay with them using you as a hot water bottle or do they just assume?
