Is it normal to be relaxing and not be able to move

I'll close my eyes and lay down watching a YouTube video and all of a sudden when I open my eyes again I can't move... my vision starts blurring and shaking... when I breathe in I hear a loud shrill sound... like a microwave alarm times 150... or a low key dog whistle. My muscles feel a tingling painful sensation and every single time I try to move them there's a sharp painful stab like feeling... I'm scared to relax, and whenever I lay down and try to I always find myself jerking my arms to become aware and to stop relaxing so deeply. I promise I'm not sleeping when it happens... I can hear the music or video in the background... I can move my limbs as much as I wants and out of the blue it happens... I don't know what's wrong.
