Is it normal to be scared of clowns?
The boy goes into his bedroom
And then he glances all around
Unless he is most mistaken
He just heard a curious sound
My goodness whatever is that?
A stuffed toy sitting on his bed
Wherever did that thing come from?
And the clown slowly lifts it’s head
It gives a malevolent look
With beady little eyes that stare
‘Hello, I am Coconut Clown
Come and play with me if you dare’
And it says with a sickly grin
‘ Hey I am just an old clown toy
There’s no need to be frightened
As you’re such a big strong boy’
The boy stammers ‘No I’m going
And I’ll bring my daddy up here’
Coconut gives out a nasty snarl
And the boy jumps back in fear
He can hear the door knob rattling
And avoiding Coconut’s glare
He turns to look for his Daddy
But sees a tall clown standing there
