Is it normal to be scared of feet hanging?

I'm scared to let my feet hang over anything. I can sit on a couch normal because of this. It makes my friends laugh because I always freak out when I sit on a couch. Help me!!!

    You haven't given anything to work with like why you have this problem or what you think will happen. So.... the only answer is: don't do it it makes you uncomfortable.
