i've always had a fear of the ocean as a kid and even now that i'm an adult i still get scared when i visit one. heck just thinking of what's down there scares me....just thinking of dead bodies and old ships and anchors scare me...and how pitch black it is scares me to my core...
I'd recommend watching some deep sea documentaries. One way to overcome fear is by replacing it with fascination.
Yes, it's a whole other alien world down there. It's crazy. People who aren't scared of it on some level must be delusional or insane.
the sea is a scary place, you never know when your gonna be bitten by a shark or stung by a jellyfish
Anything that can kill you should be scary but not like stay away from it forever scary.
I have dove under the sea with scuba equipment. It is deliciously creepy. Fish with teeth like monsters look at you like you are lunch.
Stay away unless you are a creep like me.
