I have this sudden fear of people approaching me and I am trying to not run from people but it is just that when people approach me I avoid them.

    I get that too

    I can tolerate customers and working with people, but outside of that it's hard for me to engage

    I'm getting better at grocery stores, sometimes I'll try my best to be a good conversationalist like with the cashier or a stranger

    But like with the people who work in the same plaza, I just don't want to engage, it makes me feel claustrophobic
