Is it normal to be shedding so much hairs in one day

Let's say you had 2 two litre bottles of coke and filled them both up with dog hairs. Yes my dog sheds about that much hairs a day. Any other dog that belongs to my friends/neighbours this doesn't happen to them. My dog is overweight and I take her for walks everyday and we walk about 1 - 2 miles. Whenever I brush her with a doggy brush the amount of hairs is ridiculous and incredibly unbelievable and unexplainably horrifying. The amount of hairs a day might even be over 2 litres in a day. Please someone give me answers I'm very worried
Ps. She sleeps in my bed at night and the bed is full of her hairs.

Is it only when you brush her? Maybe its the brush quality.

  It's all the time. Literally 24/7. She could be walking and hairs drop off her. And when I brush her but when I brush her and there's no more haired coming off about 1 hour later I'll find hairs where she has been lying down or hairs where she has even just been eating some will fall off.
