You don't say what gender you are, not that it makes much of a difference, but a young woman, is more likely to be disciplined by a parent, as an adult. However, regardless of your gender, I would talk to your mother first and explain your needs and why, to her. For a male or female, being spanked by your dad is not a good idea for a 28 year old person.
