Is it normal to be so ocd before bed?
Every night before I go to bed I lay there & think about stuff. Everyone does that. & say I think about my necklace that's on my desk, well I start having an anxiety attack if I don't get up & make sure it's in the "right place".
& any time during the day if I think of doing something, I HAVE to do it, or else my brain automatically says that something will go wrong if I don't :( is that normal?
