Is it normal to be this lazy?

I genuinely find even the smallest tasks far too much effort to do. For example, washing up, checking for post, deleting emails. I absolutely hate every form of excersize, even walking, like I'll only pop to town (15 minute walk) to get things I need if I'm already going that way for something else, even if i have enough money to get the bus. I find all that stuff so much effort, I get very hot and sweaty and panic about time. But then when I have things to do I'll sit around and pick/chew at the skin on my hands and fingers, until they bleed sometimes. I feel like an oddball, I want to have nice hands and not be so lazy but it's not as simple as just doing it because it doesn't change how I feel.

Actually I'm British, not sure how much culture has to do with it, but I definitely have the complaining trait..

A lot of American haters here. I'd say the euro country where workers were getting six wks paid vacation mandatory and who riot in the streets when their handouts were taken away, knows laziness.
And retiring at age 50?? Hypocritical much?

I'm too lazy (or is it bad)to even turn the fan on. I like to leave a little surprise for people. You better bring a mask
