Let's see. How about I have my nurse take some blood and we'll do a complete work up.
WAIT A MINUTE! My nurse says you've got no pulse and no blood pressure. As a matter of fact it seems as if we can see right through you. Oh dear, are you sure you are even in my office? Did you even make an appointment?
It's going to be a tad difficult to diagnose your problem if you are invisible!

it could be a number of things. the most likely one; your sleep quality is poor. quality beats quantity when it comes to sleep. if you sleep for 8 hours but are constantly tossing and turning and waking up to use the bathroom, the sleep quality is very bad and you're only getting like 2 hours of actual sleep. if you sleep for five hours straight with no interruptions, you will feel more rested than you would sleeping 8 hours.
but other likely causes are anemia and thyroid issues that make you feel fatigued even if you're getting enough sleep. best thing to do is have a thyroid check and a CBC to rule out any medical issues causes your fatigue.

See your doctor: if it's important enough to ask strangers on the internet, it's important enough to get a proper medical diagnosis

Same I haven't found out why... I guess a blood test is recommended... Do you have a healthy lifestyle otherwise? And did this just start in adulthood??
