I have never ben able to stand straight it hurts my spine and it always makes people think I am very informal which is bad when I need to go to people's weddings. I also lean significantly to the right while standing up. IIN?

It sounds to me like a case of scoliosis. This is a medical condition which causes your spine to be out of place or no straight, resulting in pain and you not being able to sit up straight without pain. I seriously recommend scheduling a doctors appointment before it gets too serious .. It can get bad and you'll end up on the operation table. Take my suggestion

If you'd gone to a doctor when it began or became noticeable as you grew up, it would have been fixed long ago.
Maybe it's too late now, but only a doctor can tell you that.
You might have scoliosis or there is something wrong with your hip. A trip to the doctor would be recommended.
