Is it normal to be worried about my health this much?

I'm wondering if my fears about my health are normal. I get nervous over everything from headaches to stomaches. I don't mind having pains but I get nervous about why it is that I'm feeling pain and wonder if something more serious is wrong with me. Sometimes it cause me to have anxiety or even panic attacks. Normal?

Omg I feel you!!!! I consider myself as having semi hypochondria symptoms. Like, I got into a physical altercation and my ribs were sore and I thought my ribs were broken. Turns out they were just inflamed. Also, when I have a churning in my stomach I feel like there's a huge parasite in my intestines. Also, when I feel a weird feeling in my stomach I think immediately theres a huge puncture in my intestines and all my hydrochloric acids are leaking out. Another example is a headache, where I crazily imagine a huge worm-like parasite crawling through my brain lol. TRUE STORY. yes, it's normal lol.

I even get panic attacks about the most normal things...
I think I watch too much of Grey's anatomy/Dr.House where everyone dies :D
It's normal, try too convince yourself that you'll be fine (I always try to do that)....

I'm sure when there is something seriously wrong your body will let you know - not the everyday niggly little things we can all focus on if we so wish.

You're too self-absorbed, think of others for a change and the impact of your moaning on them.
