Is it normal to become crazy with age?

Is it normal for persons to become crazy bit by bit with age. Sometimes I refuse to understand or appreciate the kind of person I am becoming with advancing age.?
When should I seek help and how?

Do you mean eccentric? If so then that's perfectly normal.

I notice I get crazier because I no longer worry so much about what others think. I've lived long enough to understand that what others think only affects me to the extent I let it.

I'm beginning to see how my ancient aunt, now passed on, could get up whenever she heard me play her favorite, the Anniversary Waltz (a Romanian folk song) on the piano and dance so hard that my uncle would rush into the room and grab her muttering to her "Be careful, dear. Don't hurt yourself.

She was an old but very, very beautiful woman. RIP Aunt Eleanor! You're gone but you're very much alive in our hearts today.
