T the moment I feel this way. But, I just got a bogus ticket from an asshole bumblefuck cop.

It certainly does seem that way most of time time. The way I was taught was basically, all God cares about is if you follow the rules and be a good little boy/girl you will get rewarded in the next life. In this life its pretty much whatever happens good or bad youre on your own.

Google Deism. It's exactly what you're talking about. And, it's also what many of the founding fathers of the United States believed as well. I wouldn't say it's a normal belief though. Most people who do believe in an omnipresent creator being assume that it must watch over us and influence our lives... a security blanket for many.

  • I feel slightly similar. I think there is a creator or creators. But they aren't all good and loving, maybe some are good and some aren't, maybe we are just like them and they're just as fucked up as us, lol. Just because something created us doesn't mean it has to care about us.

Yep, normal! God, the angels, the fallen and the devil, the Bible, this cosmic 'drama', all this fuss! I find it all so tiresome even if I believe in it. Just like how it is put in the bible, they refer to us as plants or weeds either for harvest or burning, tsk tsk how rude, they dont care at all about us as individuals! We're livestock! Dammit... haha

Do you honestly believe that the similarity between the apes and man is a coincidence? Honestly? You don't see a HUGE discrepancy between the "god made us" timeline and that proven by science? Do you think carbon dating, DNA and all that stuff is just a lie made up to discredit religion?
