Burning is pointless.
Chuck religious books in the recycling bin and send a little wish out into the cosmos that it will be pulped and turned into a really trashy porn novel or turned into packaging for a strap-on dildo.
I'm not a fan of book burnings. I don't even dog ear pages to mark my spot in books. The only thing I'm guilty of is having overdue library books.
It's a waste if anything, unless you're going to plant a tree for every book you burn.
I don't particularly like those either but you could just... yknow... not read them?
I expect that behaviour more from the people who like those books, burning "blasphemous" scientific ones, not from you.
Just remember, there are people out there who love and cherish the holy bible/ Quran so I think you should take into account what you post. I’m religious either but I think that burning any book is right even if I don’t agree, it’s called being a freethinker.
Why not just throw them away? Or better yet, sell them. I've sold all kinds of crap online. Broken car parts, old furniture, my university textbooks, and bald summer tires (Someone actually bought my old, almost bald set of Pirellis)
Cool, you have read all that holy book how's it convince you ? Some of the written history there could be right. But it's not as simple as that to perceive. So it's normal to disagree with it. Go read other books other than philosophy.
Lol, I mean if you just don't like the book or hate it just don't read it. Simple as that! I hate reading history books it's so boring so I don't read them. Also burning books that's too much just cause you don't like it that's stupid behaviour.
