Is it normal to burst out in random maniacal laughter?

At home when I'm going about my business I will spontaneously burst out in a maniacal laugh. It's not triggered by any thought its just a silly random thing I find myself doing impulsively. Its really creeping out my parents and my uncle, who I live with.

    My family has this habit of laughing out of nowhere and they definitely passed it on down to me.

    I sometimes have bouts of villainous laughter! Muhahaha!!!! *I have world in my fingertips. Oh! The dastardly things I could do with it!!!! And there's no one who can stop me now!!!!* It's fun to fantasize about taking over the world;D

    I suppose it could be normal, I play so much Street Fighter 4 that I randomly walk around and say "Shoryuken!" just for fun. I don't think to myself "Hey, now would be a great time to act like Ryu", I don't even play as Ryu but I still find myself saying it. I also DO laugh in an evil way if I win in a very epic manner but that is a bit intentional.

      Haha no way i find myself saying Hadouken and K.O then Buaaaaargh quite often although i only seem to do it at work.
