I'm really young and I just choked myself. It didn't hurt even thought I couldnt breathe. I don't have a fetish for this tho because that would be scary.

I just want to know, is this normal?

    There is NO SAFE WAY to choke yourself.

    There has been a previous phenomenon in France of students choking themselves with scarves or what not to achieve an "high" they sought after. Well, couple of kids died, controversy occurs, and just choke yourself safely unless you actually want to die of course.
