After taking stuff out of a drawer, is it normal to close the drawer with another part of your body than your hands, e.g. hips if the drawer is located at that height? Would this be considered bad manners?
I do this all the time. My feet/legs come into play when possible. I do this at work a lot as it saves time sometime.
Slightly bad manners in someone else's house. Can't see it makes much odds in your own. I close things with shoulders, elbows, hips, my rumpity rump, even my nose. It's a game to me.
I forgot to add that this can become a habit even when the hands are free. Eventually, other household members will copy this and everyone does it for no good reason.
