Is it normal to constantly give advice to everyone?

My sister-in-law drives me crazy. She's always telling everyone how to run their lives. She tried to decide whether my husband and I should move house. Another time, she came to my house, walked up to my ironing lady, and proceeded to instruct her on how to iron clothes. I think her behaviour is SO antisocial. Lots of people seem to dislike her and some even hate her with a visceral intensity I don't often see between people. Is her behaviour normal?

    It's not normal. IT'S CO DEPENDANT!!!
    I bet she either doesn't have a lot of friends or all her damn friends are just like her. If people want advice they"ll ask for it. If she gets all sad and dejected and asks for your help or advice you can mention the twelve step program of Co Dependents Anonymous or CoDA.     the big problem here is she is telling people how to do something when they didn't want her to. She also seems to think like there is only one way to do something.

    Most people who try to control others do so because they feel their own life (or some aspect of it)is out of control but can't admit it. It's easier for them to correct other peoples behavior than to have to look at themselves. It does have to do with ego, but not in the way most people perceive it.

    No she is just an obsesive control freak that doesn't know how to talk or relate to anyone, so she tells them how to do things because she thinks she is the best at everything.
