So I'm on my period and I have to flu, I have had a tampon in for five hours and I have coughed/ sneezed so much it is falling out. Is this normal?

    It's pretty normal. At least you're not like some people that accidentally piss or shit themselves when they accidentally sneeze or cough too hard.

    I knew a girl who would always complain about hers slipping out. Turned out she never pushed the tampon out from the applicator...just left the whole thing up there, minus the skinny plunger part.
