Is it normal to cry/have runny nose while going to the bathroom?

So when ever I go to the bathroom (either for a number 1 or 2), my body seems to produce other things as well. Either my eyes will start to water and tears will run down my face or my nose starts to get all runny and leaky. I was just wondering if it's normal for my body to do this because it's been happening for a while now and I don't really know why my body is doing that. Do any of you guys have any ideas?

    OP, seriously make note of any other symptoms even if they seem unrelated and see a doctor.

    My eyes sometimes water when I am urinating or defecating, but I don't experience any nasal discomfort.

    Maybe it just feels so good to go to the toilet, you get emotionally unstable about it.

        Uhhh, that's kinda weird. I'm trying to ask a simple question. Can you please answer it? Sorry, not trying to be rude, but I really wanna know if it's normal for my body to do those things while going to the bathroom because it's been happening for months now.
