Is it normal to cry myself to sleep then feel fine in the morning?
Some nights, I just go into my room and cry my heart out. Sometimes something bad happened that day or I feel stressed, and sometimes I just cry for no reason. I feel that it's a really good stress reliever for me because it seems that by the time I wake up in the morning from crying I feel ten times better than the night before. Is this a normal thing or am I just weird?
