Is it normal to cuddle with a friend of the same sex?
A little bit of background info: My friend and I (both 19 and male) have known each other for 4 years and we've been the closest of friends since the beggining. I'm also really close friends with his younger brother (13 years old), to the point where I treat him like my younger brother. They're both closer than my real brother and I've always enjoyed spending time with them and it always makes my day to spend some time with them. My brother has autism which makes my life at home seem lonely and quiet, as my parents have to spend extra time/effort to support and care for him.
So I've been 'cuddling' with my friend for a while usually whenever we meet up, we hug in public and we cuddle on the couch whenever we spend the afternoon at another friends house. And whenever we stay the night at each others house, I always spoon him or his brother (with no sexual intention) for warmth and comfort as it just makes me feel wanted and Makes me feel like someone cares for me. I'm always the big spoon and I usually wrap my arm around them and rest my hand on his stomach. They are both fine with the whole cuddling thing as they know how I feel at home. I really enjoy being with both my friend and his bro, and I feel that the only wau I can really express that is by hugging/cuddling them. I have zero sexual intentions for them but would this count as a gay thing for a guy to cuddle/spoon their friend of the same sex?
