Is it normal to curse yourself for making a mistake?

Sometimes when I do something wrong, or make a mistake I cuss myself out. Like I might say outloud, " well you dumb son- of-a-bitch! What the hell's the matter with you?" And then I look around and hope nobody heard me because naturally they would think I was talking to them because who cusses at them self, right? Does anybody else cuss at them self when they think nobody's listening?

I tend to spastically make up embarrassingly retarded swear words on the spot..."shit burger Jesus tampon! Son of a slut turd!" It's actually really lame : |

I seem to have the same habit when I'm alone, though I usually do it when I'm sad or stressed about something.

Maybe you would feel better if you became more gentle.

Yes, the last time I made a mistake, I placed curse on myself. The curse I cast on myself was that I would wake up this morning a young, handsome, wealthy fellow.
Oh well, maybe the next one will work. I can't wait to make another mistake.
