My son with autism who tried out for jv basketball got cut because the coach said he was retarded and told me that I can't have that retarded kid try out even if he was really good he was the best player on his basketball team and made lots of friends he now tried out for the jv team his old coach told the new coach he was really good but the coach said he hates the mentally hanndcapped but I tried telling him he had aspergers not mental retardation but he didn't care he told me and that if I ever bring that retard or I will be forced to call the cops

    i dont want you kid cussing to my kid just because he has a brain defect . what next you want him to give the News at six o'clock? dont be stupid. make concessions , you have a kid that cusses all the time

    Go back and confront him while secretly recording the conversation. If he's really saying these things he will get fired with proof. This doesn't ensure your son makes the team tho, imo it should depend solely on his skill level he shouldn't make the team just because of his condition but he shouldn't be cut because of it either.
