Is it normal to cut a potato chip bag

When a bag of chips or any food in a bag is partially eaten I feel the need to cut the bag down. I then clip bag shut, but can not stand excess bag.

    I do that with those plastic bags you get from bulk places. My hands get wet as I try to get the veggies so they stick to the bag, so I rip it to a suitable size. Its OCD, if you do it without purpose, which you seem to. Also, my dick is made of meth.

    Dont wanna make u feel old but my grandma does that. We dont eat potato chips at my house but ithink its a good idea to keep it tidy.
