i started to use a butt plug as a sexual stimulate and enjoyed it. it got to be several times a day. i had also a constipation problem and found like previous letter i could defecate with using my butt plug or 2 fingers and catching everything in my hand and it turns me on. i do this a few times a week . i am late middle age

      i do have normal bowel movement but at this point i don't need it to go normally but sometimes i want to do it for gratification sexually
