Is it normal to develop a twitch after joking around?

If anyone's ever watched The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, there is an episode where Will is teaching Ashley how to scare bullies and he cocks his head to the side quickly like he has a twitch and I started doing it as a joke. Problem is, I now can't stop it. It's now a real twitch.

Is it just my subconscious wanting me to do it because I did it so much before or whatever?

    Sounds like a mild case of Tourette's Syndrome...You will age out of it..
