Is it normal to develop dark long hairs on your big toes after 25?

Since hitting 25 I have become more hairy all over and needed to shave more often. I have started developing thick long dark hairs on my big toes that I have to remove. Is that normal?

    As you get older, most other hair starts growing. Except your head looses hair.

    Hairy toes is normal. Do you live in a cold area? Perhaps that's the way your body responding to colder climate?.
