Please talk to a doctor about this. It doesn't sound healthy to do it every day. There are salts and things you need that you are washing out. I read about this somewhere...don't ask me why I was reading up on this...

Ah sure if you want a clean inside from time to time an enema is a good thing but if you want the perfect way to to stop or prevent the natural fuctioning of the human body then long term you will have to deal with more serious effects to pooing naturally or peeing so stop the nonsense of having an enema every morning

No. My neighbor got so hooked on laxatives he has to take at least 10 a day to use the bathroom. It has messed him up really bad.

After I saw all of the "NO" votes, I did some reading too. Sounds like the quick enemas are not good for you, but sometimes, flushing out the whole system is good for you.

You're risking your body forming a dependence on this practice. You won't be able to go without. The same can happen with prolonged usage of laxatives.

In my opinion, the type of quick enema that you are talking about are in no way harmful. Should you stop taking enemas, it might take you up to a week to get you back to the point where you won't need enemas or laxatives to go to do a bm. I'm 76 years young, and take several 3 quart enemas with lots of soap in them just because I love enemas. I've been addicted to taking enemas since age nine at which age I began to give enemas to myself. Every once in a while I'll go a week or two without taking enemas, and it takes about a week to get back to doing normal, non-enema bowel movements.

It's always a good idea before Anal sex, and to give yourself a bit of a clean- but definitely do not make this a regular occurrence - it will do more harm than good x
