Is it normal to do religion for the family?

I even do religion for my mother's dog, nothing average about doing religion for the family, so to normalise it, I decided to be at Aunty Florie's house with my own religion about the 6 deadly sins and doing things similar to Hinduism, called Kamaism, a sect of Christianity, regarded as heretical, and people weren't interested and think the sins are crap. So to keep it family I said "instead of the love of God with popular religion, making God too angry, just follow my religion and have the God without being fucking retarded, is that too much to ask?", so then the family sat down eating and I shut up about religion and was eating, though I did strange things I was normal but quirky in my hobbies, like normal behaviour and weird jokes. So this is a rare occasion, because I'm usually alien to religion at aunty Florie's house. So here I am making the cat Christian, it didn't care about sinning or being humble, it was just thinking about it and smiling. It was a proud cat, and it was acting like its weird owner. So then I pushed Homer Simpson's religion on a child, my nephew named Ayden, and his mother told me not to push religion on other people. So the religious activities I did for the family are peace and forgiveness while having the freedom to do what I want, "aaahh my beloved mother" I said, nobody wanted to follow it, just as nobody on 'The Simpsons' wanted to follow Homer Simpson's made up belief, the people thought he was crazy, as with my religion of Kamaism my friends thought I was crazy. Is any of this normal?
