Whenever I talk to a person and they don't reply fast, I keep checking like crazy their "last seen" so I know if they have seen it and they're just being b*tches and ignoring me, or they haven't looked at their phone.

    no it's outrageous maybe they are busy it's like waiting by the phone and all they would say is LOL
