Is it normal to doubt my college majors?

So right now I am working on my general AA at a community college then I want to move onto a university and double major in economics and political science then get my Ph.d in Philosophy. If you haven't already guessed I want to go into politics.
The only problem is I'm just not that sure about all of this. Am I on the right path? Should I really be taking these classes?

I can speak from experience that not a single person I have ever met at college was sure in any form about their major(s). Personally, I switched several times and ultimately took a "break" to think about it. You'll never be a 100% sure of your choice, nobody is. However, the worst thing you can do is to stop your studies to think about it, chances are you won't return.

There's always the option to go in a different direction later if u wish to. Many people do. Give it a chance and see if u like it.

If it's what you want, sounds good to me. You will learn rather quickly if you don't like it. You may also want to look into international business.
