Is it normal to draw with my blood?
When my finger bleeds I get a piece of paper and draw pictures with my blood. I like the way blood looks on clean, white paper. It amuses me. Is it normal?

Red paint won't suffice? Why do you feel the need to use your blood?
Be careful not to get an infection or something.
Probably not the healthiest thing you could be doing to yourself. Just a word of advise, but if you ever start getting the urge to draw with someone else' blood, that's probably a good time to talk to someone about it.
I don't think I would call that normal. As long as your not purposly cutting yourself just so you can draw, it's probably okay.
It reminds me of an asian artist's quest for the ultimate shade of red during medieval time, he ends up finding it on the battlefield as he slowly dies, watching blood pour out of his wounds.
Not sure but it might be in "Les carnets secrets de Marco Polo". Anyway, I think it's quite a nice colour, but it tastes so damn good. Just lick your finger next time: it tastes a little copper-y like an old set of key... mhh.
not sure if its normal, but i have done it before. i bite my fingers so i tend to bleed a lot and sometimes if im board i will write or draw in it.
well I always wanted to do that, it may sound a little weird but isn't art a little weird? also it would be a great work for symbolism I guess...
As long as your not cutting your self on propose to get blood to draw with it sounds like some thing a artist might try playing with when they get a cut by accident .
I think that guy from Baby Shambles (Pete Doherty) had a exhibit where he made pictures from his blood and used syringes.
I guess it's normal.
Ah, that's interesting. It seems like something they would do in the vampire movie I am writing.
I don't draw when I have a cut on my finger, I just like flicking the blood on a white wall or door.
