Is it normal, to dream about the users on here?

Sometimes, I have have dreams about the users on here. The subject matter is varied and often in a mutual sense. However, I've had dreams of a more "passionate" nature for about three of the users on here. The first was a male and the third is a female. The dreams involving them are more sexually oriented. The middle one is a male and the dreams about him don't involve a romantic relationship between us. Instead, they focus on my feelings and my shyness to admit my love for him...

Is it normal to dream about the users on here in this manner?

    yes its normal. i think that deep down, you are comfortable with sharing your thoughts with people that dont judge you as much as your normal everyday peers. and your subconscious then interprets that comforting feeling of acceptance in the form of intimacy.

        It's okay, I can tell, but it's ridiculously embarrassing, I'm sure you'll agree.

        I'm friends with this guy, a doctor, who is my age and travels the world, and we were meeting up in my dream. He'd leave the next day for another obscure country trip (I call him UN Doc/UNICEF Doc). He, like me, is an only-child, but had a sister in the dream, and as I met her she spoke of things in her life. She mentions something about IIN and I visualize this framed embroidery work, maybe cross-stitched pic, in her living room: suckonthis9/ butterfly (her username with lovely drawings around the Y)/norabaker/ (some other name?)

        Oh, butterfly, why are you creating divisions in my dreams?

            Nice! You shouldn't be embarrassed, though. I should, I have no idea why my subconscious would put me and, goddammit, Ava!, suckonthis9, seriously???, on the same little square, with just a lovely butterfly between us!!! LOL :D

      Some people have profile pics, and even with colored names, you can tell a persons personality through their posts and chat. Then your "dream brain" can invent the rest.

    I did one time. I posted it on a story but I don't think the story got through. We were all in a big room and we were building a high fortress out of furniture. ItDuz was the commander because I remember him directing everybody. Then, we all sat on a giant couch while ItDuz was in the corner of the room as lookout.

    Yeah, it's normal. I don't dream often but I have dreamed about IIN users, and IIN users have dreamed about me (not being on my best behaviour, sadly).

    Have you told the people involved that you've dreamed about them, by the way? You've got the chance to make three people really happy because I know I was very flattered (even though the dreams weren't like yours).

    Having said that, if you do say it anonymously here then the next thing everyone will want to know is who you are. :/

    When I first saw this post I thought it was not normal. Until last night. It is especially awkward because one of the users happens to be the OP, I believe, Avant-Garde. It was a fairly detailed dream.

    The plot was this: IIN had basically a meeting program, where users could go and meet each other. They'd be matched up with a random user and then sent to their house; neither users would know who the other one was, but they could be assured the other person was from IIN.

    So a boy and a girl show up to my house. I have no idea who the boy was (small, dark brown hair, very quiet, but friendly) and the girl I automatically knew was Avant-Garde for some reason. Neither knew which user I was, but we all got along great and talked. It was a fun time! Then Avant-Garde starts talking on the phone in fluent french, while re-arranging my bedroom with the boy haha. Shortly after it was time to leave. We all hugged, and Avant-Garde said, I know who you are, Anthian. It was all very weird.

    I have no idea why my brain filled in the two people so well. Apparently it thinks Avant-Garde is small; I am 5'6" 125 pounds-ish, and when we said goodbye, I could see she was smaller than me and more petite with brown hair. The boy's identity bugs me though! All in all, I don't know if it is normal, but you are definitely not alone.

      I am petite, both in stature and in weight. While, I know some French, what I know certainly isn't enough to be considered fluent. You got my hair color pretty much on point. It is brown, but with a reddish tinge. What did I look like facially? When I read you description of the boy, Anime7 keeps coming to mind, for some reason.

      I had a dream earlier today and it fettered some follow users. It was so strange and I honestly can't make much sense of it.

        The only angle of your face I remember was a side view. Its hazy, but clearer than the guys. I couldn't tell you eye color, any moles, scars, etc., so I think the face was on default mode, like what I think a normal face should look like. That's freaking weird though. You must have written about your size somewhere.

        Do you sometimes wear your hair in a low messy bun? It was plain when we met but when you and mystery boy left it was in a bun.

    I've had dreams about this site before. I don't remember exactly what happened in them though. I even dreamed about meeting Simon before, and even though I haven't seen him for real, his appearance in the dream was exactly how he described himself. Well some people's personalities fit their physical appearance..so maybe that's how I knew. Haha :)

          Although I can't begin to imagine what I'd do if I was in your dream. You might even find something I wouldn't do in real life. Although you'll have to dig a long way to find it. ;)
