Is it normal to dream of murder repetitively?

SO and I share an apartment with a friend and their girlfriend. The friend's girlfriend is the youngest in the group, being 19. She has many good qualities to her and is very talented in some ways, but she frequently attempts to correct people on a subject she knows little to none about (we all know at least one person who does this).

All of us cringe every time she pushes obvious false information onto someone's well-informed argument (she does this with guests too), and the other party is usually too shocked to really continue on with her. She takes the silence as a personal "win," I guess.

Unfortunately, she knows that I'm a psych major. She takes this as a challenge.

One day, she sits down next to me, handing me some biology book. Smiling, she says "Biology is the only real science, really. Everything else is useless or pseudoscience. You should change your major."

Pretty much laughed it off and mentally deadpanned lol.

But...I often have slightly morbid dreams, so most of them aren't too much of a surprise if they come. Later that night, I had one of these dreams. I dreamed that I had walked up to my friend's girlfriend, spat on her, and stabbed her in the kidney several times while my SO was trying to hold me back. She writhed and covered her face, shouting "Why?! Why?!"
Woke up strangely calm, not too bothered by the dream. I know it's conducive to one's health to talk about these things, not leaving them suppressed. Too scared to tell this even to my SO though, which I think is reasonable. He's known for labeling people as "crazy" and "sociopathic."
But, I still don't feel like it's too uncommon for people to have these types of dreams.

Any ideas?

I think it does bother you to an extent. Otherwise, I don't think you would have asked this question. So this is the first thing i think you should read.
According to Dream Moods dot com

    Murder

To dream that you have committed a murder indicates that you are putting an end to an old habit and a former way of thinking. This could also refer to an end to an addiction. Alternatively, the dream indicates that you have some repressed aggression or rage at yourself or at someone. Note also that dreams of murder occur frequently during periods of depression.

To dream that you witness a murder indicates deep-seated anger towards somebody. Consider how the victim represents aspects of yourself that you want to destroy or eliminate.

To dream that you are murdered suggests that some important and significant relationship has been severed. You are trying to disconnect yourself from your emotions. The dream may also be about your unused talents.

Hopefully, this helps. I had dream myself. Where apparently i had stabbed someone and the cops were looking for me. But in my dream it wasn't me but it wasn't?! I didn't see myself that i had but i was being blamed for it. It was confusing and it scared me little because i woke up thinking am i mad at someone.

The second thing to realize she is 19 and 19 years old think they know everything. If she goes to college. Her way of thinking won't fly/last and i think she'll grow up and stop with all of this but you should also learn to ignore her. She sound like she's using mostly system 1 thinking and critical thinking biases like Belief Perseverance. So she's just really ignorant at that age. but if it really bothers and you can't stand learn to just ignore her or us psychology to peaceful stop the argument then just don't hang out with her.
