Is it normal to dreaming of my missing cat?

I had a homeless cat which she grows up in my home garden. I loved her so much and I used to feed her every meal. But one day I woke up and I couldn't see her one more time. She was black. I am dreaming about her usually. What I will see in my dream is I am going to my front or back door and I am gonna see a lot of cats. Black cats. And I am trying to find ”laua” among them so I can let her in. But I will never find her. They are black and they have some orange spots but none of them is ”laua” or at least I won’t find her. Can you guys tell me what is that means? Please.
