Is it normal to eat at buffets by yourself?

I have eaten at buffets by myself before. In fact, I go quite regularly (maybe once a month). I’d say over 80% of the times I’ve been to a buffet before have been by myself.

I’m not at all self-conscious about it and have never noticed anyone staring at my table. The only thing I won’t do is have the servers sing me a Happy Birthday song on my birthday. I also wouldn’t eat at a Korean barbeque place where the servers bring you the meat, It has to be self-serve.

    I'm single again and i have no friends and i dont ever want to speak to my parents again so yeah, i eat out alone a lot. Yes even at buffets

    Yeah, it’s like fast food to me. Quick bang for your buck fill you up on your lunch break kinda thing.

    I used to do that. I'd come in at breakfast and stay past lunch. I got kicked out a couple of times. Don't do what I used to do and you'll be fine.

    Yeah I do that sometimes but I most of time go to buffets with people.
